What if we don't pass surveillance?
We tell you what's missing and give you time to fix it. If the gap isn't closed, recognition is not renewed and your public record shows it as expired.
What if we stop paying for surveillance?
Your recognition expires at the end of its 12 months. The seal on your website then shows “Recognition expired”.
